Email communication

Business email communication is handled through the company's secure email provider. Information received by email is used only for legitimate business communication, responding to enquiries, managing client relationships, and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Provider details will be updated if the email infrastructure changes.

Calendly booking

Consultation bookings are managed through Calendly. When a visitor schedules a meeting, Calendly processes the booking information necessary to arrange the appointment, including name, email address, selected time, timezone, and information entered into the booking form.

Google Meet

Online consultations may be conducted using Google Meet. Google processes technical information necessary to provide the video conferencing service.

Cookies

This website is currently structured without analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Essential technical cookies may be used by service providers where required to deliver the website or process security functions.

If non essential analytics or advertising tools are added later, they should not load until valid consent has been collected. See Cookie Settings.

Analytics if installed

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or similar tracking technologies are currently installed.

If analytics is added later, this policy and the cookie consent setup must be updated before the tool is loaded.

Google Fonts if used

The website currently uses system fonts in the CSS stack and does not load Google Fonts from Google servers.

If external fonts are added later, this section will be updated.
